As Owner and CEO, Mitchell leads a professional emergency medical education company dedicated to high-quality, realistic training. With over 13 years of frontline experience as an active Fire/Rescue Lieutenant and Firefighter Paramedic, he brings real-world field expertise into every course, helping students strengthen clinical judgment, improve confidence, and perform at the highest standards. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fire Administration.
Carlos directs Legacy’s operational and financial architecture, drawing on a distinguished 40-year career in military discipline, law enforcement command, and executive estate management. For the past 20 years, he has executed full CEO and COO level responsibilities, managing an enterprise with 60 shareholders and directing multi-million dollar commercial projects across New York City. That same discipline and command experience now shape how he builds structure and accountability across Legacy’s operations.
Ashley provides the strategic and operational leadership essential to Legacy’s growth. With extensive experience managing human resources for a global corporation, she brings a sophisticated understanding of organizational integrity and professionalism to the leadership team. As both the daughter and wife of veterans and first responders, her career is rooted in a service mentality.
Maria leads the company’s strategic growth and brand identity. With over 20 years in project coordination, business administration, and workflow optimization, she integrates global operations experience into Legacy’s B2B infrastructure, and leads the development of automated certification monitoring so client workforces stay compliant with industry standards.
Justin has served in the fire and rescue profession since 2012 and currently serves as an Engineer/Paramedic. As Legacy’s first employee and now Lead Instructor/Coordinator, he leverages an operational background spanning advanced airway management, cardiac emergency management, Live Fire, ARFF and USAR to modernise training through innovative instruction and program development.
